EIT, Associate AIA - Engineer/Design

Steven Topolovec has been a member of peterCARADONNArchitecture and Planning since its inception and has extensive experience in multi-disciplined projects. He works closely with Peter Caradonna and oversees all projects Structural design. Mr. Topolovec participates in all phases of every project. This involvement includes planning, programming, contract drawings, specifications, structural engineering.

Mr. Topolovec has completed college degrees at Old Dominion University. He has 20 years of experience as a General Contractor, Project Architect and Structural Engineer. His portfolio comprises of various building types including schools, aviation, residential, recreational, commercial, as well as warehouses, community centers, and multi-use buildings.

Mr. Topolovec's responsibilities include quality control, specifications, and multi-discipline coordination of architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings. Relevant Project experience includes the St. Matthews Episcopalian Church in Sterling, Va. Work included general Church renovation, and a Church addition.

Mr. Topolovec will serve as Project Engineer for peterCARADONNArchitecture and Planning projects, where he will provide structural design and provide coordination between engineering disciplines.
