Founded as a architecture practice in 1996 and based in East Setauket, our firm provides expertise, guidance and professional training on green building capital projects and development programs. Using a collaborative approach with building owners, architects, builders and lenders, we develop cost effective, tailored solutions. Through award winning specialized management and technical services, we transform conventional projects into exemplary models of green building.
